College Hill is one of three historical neighborhoods in Greensboro. The other two are Fisher Park and Aycock. College Hill is Greensboro's first neighborhood and was settled in the 1840s and 50s. With the city's support and funding assistance, residents have rehabilitated many of the 19th century homes and buildings.
The narrows roads are lined with colorful homes and filled with pedestrians coming and going to all the local small restaurants and coffee shops. It is filled with plenty of energy and personality! Home prices can range anywhere from the low $100,000 to the low $300,000.
